CHILD OF LIGHT THERAPY

COL-Book-Covers-for-Web-510x510_edited.j

This therapy session derived from the Child of Light Meditation and Affirmations book and card set (ISBN 978-0-9750628-4-5), channelled and founded by Alexis Cartwright, an international author, channel and speaker. It was initially designed for children, however, it has also shown to benefit the inner child of adults, particularly those who have suffered childhood traumas.  Unless the trauma has been healed and resolved, the traumatised child still exists and forms your character and attitude as an adult.

The therapy inspires children to explore the creative power of their imagination through the art of meditation. The Child Of Light Meditation Therapy provides children with the tools to support their overall wellness and emotional well-being.  This fun and inspirational therapy, encourages your child to awaken gifts and talents as they journey into magical worlds and explore the power of intuitive visualisation.  The divined meditation chosen for each therapy will take you and your child on a fantastical journey through wondrous realms.  Each channelled meditation offers a unique and guided healing experience while encouraging children to develop their own meditative practice.

It is often the case that adults project their own inner child issues onto their children and therefore it is recommended that parent/guardian/care-givers also attend the workshop if initiated for a child.

Through this therapeutic healing children are provided with the tools to create a positive flow of energy within their body and consciousness, releasing worry, fear and tension.  This supports the expansion of your child’s creative and intuitive abilities, as well as their capacity to learn.

This is a 1 hour to 90 minutes therapeutic session (depending on age), designed for children 2 years and older who must be accompanied by parent, guardian or caregiver.  Children over 7 years can attend alone with parental, caregiver or guardians consent.
